Since July 1998, I have been teaching at the School of Economics and Management at Hubei University of Technology as an associate professor. Main research areas: Human resource management and cross-cultural management. I am currently a member of AOM and AIB, specializing in courses such as "Human Resource Management", "Corporate Culture and Human Resource Management", and "Professional English".
